When you buy a home, you’re also buying all of it’s hidden problems. Our home inspections involve a comprehensive evaluation of the lot, the structure(s), and the interior spaces. If you are a first-time home buyer and are unfamiliar with the inspection process, we have summarized many of the tasks we perform below. While this only serves as a basic summary, it should give you a good idea of what to expect in the home inspection process.

After the inspection is complete, I will personally explain my findings with you and your agent. We’ll discuss any major issues found and I will mention any maintenance items that you’ll want to keep an eye on. I’ll provide you a detailed and thorough report with information about the property as well as the observations we discussed with images for reference.
